Support has been great and the product works just as advertised!
I am generally very happy with how this app works, the only thing I can think of as a problem is that it does not show the "Email me .. " box when you look at a product in "Quick View"
We've used the cheapest and second cheapest tiers. It's been great - it's easy for customers to sign up to get information when we're back in stock, the emails go out the second we get more stock in, and we've been able to easily capture most of those sales.
CON: This app is pretty cool...but honestly, it's expensive. I hate the idea of paying $40 a month for 500 out of stock notifications. For 40 bucks it should at least be unlimited. The Back in Stock monthly fee is almost half what I pay monthly for my entire Shopify platform. It's a great app buy why is it so costly to perform an automated, relay task.
PROS: It's easy to install and modify. Looks great.
Excellent application and support. Does exactly what it says. Automation saves a lot of time and minimize errors. Good job!
The Back In Stock app has reaped rewards far beyond what we had originally hoped for, and the financial results are quantifiable. The cost-effectiveness is off the charts!
The app is simple to use, and helped to incraese our sales.
We recieve clear daily reports and teh support is wonderful - a very quick reply on every question, and a lot of assistant in defining and making custom changes to our needs!
On the first day we used this, we had multiple sign ups! Great app and great support!
Works great, and even better customer service. When an issue pops up, the service team is there to help.
Couple of issues; when I was at free I thought me going over to a paid plan would be the better options due to the limitations. Well from Free it goes to $19 thats literally the first option. There is no way to downgrade and there is no lower price than 19. Its a great app and the features are super cool. Especially when you create something like I have where they click notify when back in stock. I just dont like the no lower plan situation
