Amazing Company. Outstanding customer support. Email capture and notification is flawless. As soon as product is back in stock it's sold! HAS GREATLY IMPROVED REVENUE and cut down on CS of "when will this be back in stock?" questions. GIVE THEM 10 STARS!
Really like this app. Keeps my customers informed and yo to date on product restocks. I do feel the cost is a bit heavy, that’s the only thing I’d change.

This app is amazing for the price, it brings in lots of revenue for us and lots of customers take advantage of the feature on our website. One thing I would like to see improved is for it to be easier to customize the emails - if you're not confident with html this can be tricky. For the price you can't complain although I'd be willing to spend a little more for this additional feature!
Back In Stock is incredibly easy to set up and James from support is both helpful and speedy. We didn't have any issues integrating this app into our theme and once our inventory came in stock, the emails went out very quickly. The app has already paid for itself!

One of the Best apps on Shopify, the Pricing is really fair, not too expensive and not too cheap, that with the excellent service what makes this app the best.
I wish I see in the future a collaboration and integration with inventory Planner app to pull up the data of Back in Stock requests to inventory planner reports and make better predictions in the inventory planner that will be amazing for us. But I think this Idea is really far-fetched. Anyway, keep up the good work.

Would highly recommend! Quick help over email when I had a formatting issue. The app has been great in driving more sales after we have sold out of an item.
This app is amazing for two reasons:
1) It delivers exactly what it promises, with a sufficient level of customization and control. Customers sign up, when product arrives, the emails go out without a hitch, and it only sends an amount relative to the stock I have. I just upgraded for the second time, because we are getting more and more use out of it.
2) No upkeep. I did some minor customization to the form, but since then it has been entirely on autopilot and working flawlessly.
If every other app filled it's purpose as amazingly as this one, my store would practically run itself.
This APP is a great source of revenue! Customers are able to sign up when we sell out, so then know just what to restock! Emails and texts are simple and to the point, but effective! Thank you!
