Back In Stock is a reliable and valuable addition to our Sales and Customer Service. With Back In Stock, customers never reach a dead-end with out-of-stock items; they know and trust that their needs are attended to. On the operational level, it's fantastic App support behind a fire & forget system: we update the stock and the notifications are sent. Done.
Besides capturing otherwise lost sales, we gain peace of mind with Back In Stock - a rarity among apps.
We found a bug on the website this afternoon. Suddenly the Add to Chart button didn't work at our web shop. Horror!
Especially since we published a campaign yesterday which created a lot of traffic to the site.
We contacted our Back in Stock contact, Matt. He fixed the problem in literally 2 seconds. I could breath again!
I really appreciate it. And the the app is genius. Before you order products next time, you can see exactly what people like to buy from a waiting list. Then when it's back in stock, an email is send out automatically to them.

Really excellent app. Has produced a lot of sales for my store. Highly recommend for businesses. Easy to use too
Probably the most important app i run on my shop. Generates excellent revenue and we use text on the product page to encourage people to click their size to leave a notification which really works, and also we use the data provided of number of unsent sign-ups when we're reordering stock to ensure we order volume in the most popular sizes. Great support also.

This is one of my favourite apps! It literally creates sales for me. Something out of stock? No problem. Back in Stock asks for the customer email to be notified when you update your inventory. when I asked for developer hep they were kind and super helpful.
