Backbone is great. It helped us finally get our product data organized (we had it in a bunch of different spreadsheets before). We've also used the app to create tech packs for vendors which is a big win too. So far, customer support has been solid too.
Backbone is the app you've always dreamed about and have been waiting for. It is an essential tool for our company's product development and management.
Really happy to finally see something come to life in the PLM space that functions great and also is affordable for brands of all sizes. Backbone has brought everything into once space, and out of the scattered spread sheets, PDFs, and other various file formats. One source of truth for all things product and product development. It is also very intuitive to use and the walk-through demos are a HUGE plus.
