Shocking customer support. I had to reach out to Shopify who had to nudge the developers to respond. After one response, I asked my questions and have been waiting to hear back since. Simply not good enough in comparison to your competition.

I know it can be frustrating, though we definitely do want to help; we responded directly and to your Shopify support ticket asking for more info. I'm Honestly not sure why the support ticket system wasn't relaying that or the questions you posted! as the issue was that we were just awaiting a response back.
Though (and as a general announcement) I would email us directly at service@mercantileapps.com for any and all help - we can always directly respond within a 24hr window.

Wanted to know for one of our stores if it is possible to manage 1000's of products with csv, matrixify or whatever, no response.
Were sorry that your inquiry was not responded to or found in our queue, as the message was somehow flagged as spam - albeit this is quite rare.
We do have a few options for bulk processing including importing and metafield mapping. If you are interested in reinstalling the App, I will gladly then reach out to you for help!
Great app to have for larger stores that maintain stock lists from multiple vendors. We are able to offer pre-order for specific skus and upload quickly to create and maintain.
Support is top notch when issues arise. The team is quick to make updates and add features based on needs. Highly recommend!
This app solves what we weren't able to solve with any other app... being able to take pre-orders on our site that 1) automatically turned off when stock checked in and 2) played nice with Bundles.app (app we use to sell product bundles).
There's been occasional issues as the app updates or our theme updates, but the developer is super quick to respond and figure out the issue and fix it.
Highly recommend!

Thanks for reaching out. Where we differ is in the preorder splitting and flex shipping, which is inherently complex and has some limitations.. Though, we would love to help with any confusion should you still need!

Just what the doctor ordered. We're selling a lot of products on backorders and this is a perfect app for a store like ours. Support is friendly and immediate. Highly recommended.
Fantastic Application! It's got benefits for your customers and for tracking orders in the backend as well. With this app we are able to effectively communicate pre-orders and ship dates to our customers at the time of their purchase, which is great for our customers. We are also able to choose to have orders split into two different order fulfillments based on product availability in our WMS which helps our team in house process orders more effectively. This app allows for the most efficient pre-order shipping from a customer satisfaction point of view! We use Shiphero as our WMS and it integrates well with that third party application!
Works great and excellent customer service! Much more reasonably priced than the other preorders apps I've found.
This app is necessary! If you deal with preorders / backorders in any way (or have been hesitant to do so), get this today. You can let your customers know up-front when you expect the product to ship while still generating sales; and you can help your fulfillment team -or individual- properly manage these orders (splitting fulfillment to ship in-stock items first or holding the entire order until all ordered products are in). Most importantly, the developer is very attentive and shows a genuine interest in your store's success. If you are looking for an app for a very important business need, this is it!
