So far, I am extremely impressed with how fast and functional this app is. I tested it by deleting a few random products and blog posts to see if it would pick up on the changes, and it immediately logged exactly what happened. With all the freelancers, employees, and third-party apps interacting with Shopify stores nowadays, you really need to protect yourself with 'insurance' like this. While I practice safe habits and haven't had a major emergency yet, having this app gives me incredible peace of mind. I hope I never truly need to use it, but I'm glad it's there.

It's true that the software world seems a little less stable than it used to be. I'm glad I can be here as a backstop.

Anyway, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this and your trust in my app. I don't get a lot of reviews so it's a big deal for me when I see that notification.

An excellent and highly efficient app!
Since I started using Talon Backups, I sleep much better at night knowing all my files are safely organized by type.
A reliable company with a smart and trustworthy solution — highly recommended!

Edit. July 26. Saved my life again after Sidekick made changes to my product pages with unintended consequences. Reverting to a backup theme no use in that situation but Talon was there for me:-)
I have always been nervous about the fact that Shopify does not do a backup of the store, or at least not one that can be accessed by the owner in the event of anything going wrong. Some of the apps that do this are quite costly for a small store, also with some of them you have no idea whether they have worked until you find you have to do a restore. What I like about this app is that you can see any part of your store, be it blog posts or products or whatever and restore at the click of a button. So, it's not just a handy app to have should disaster strike but also allows you to reinstall a previous version of sections if you have been editing them etc.

Any app is only as good as its support and I'm happy to say the support here is excellent. Michael was delving into a problem for me as soon as I notified him of it and in the end discovered that it was a fault with Shopify and not the website.

I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants peace of mind.

Thanks for taking the time to report the success using the app for a second time. I'm super glad to have your shop using the app.

It can be difficult to know exactly what other apps actually do to your shop - where they modify things. One of my goals with the app is to make that apparent through increased visibility here.

Not many people write these reviews and even fewer provide real use case details. I could also be better at communicating these things. You really help me here. Anyway, I sincerely appreciate it. Thanks!
