We have not had to use any features for restoring previous versions yet, but so far this has been really easy to set up and customer service has been excellent.
They even emailed to let us know that we could choose a new cheaper plan (our store isn't open yet so we're not taking any orders at the moment) which was good of them I think.

Its working good so far. I have no complains. it backup everything in my store and the starter package price not bad too.
Was shocked that Shopify had no way to roll back to previous versions. Thankful for this app. Straightforward design and easy to use. The Google drive integration is a nice touch.
