BackupMaster Backups

I am absolutely thrilled with the "Backups" app for Shopify! It has made my life so much easier and has given me such peace of mind knowing that my store data is constantly being backed up.

The app is super easy to use - I can create backup copies of my store data with just a few clicks, and I can even schedule automatic backups on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This means that I never have to worry about remembering to back up my store manually, and I can have confidence that my data is always protected.

But the best part? If I ever make a mistake or accidentally delete something important, I can easily restore my store from a previous backup. This feature has already come in handy on a few occasions and has saved me so much time and stress.

Overall, I can't recommend the "Backups" app enough. It's a must-have for any Shopify store owner, and I'm so grateful to have it as a part of my business toolkit.

Great and simple application for backing up your store. Worth the extra 5 bucks even if it might seem a bit too high in the beginning :)

Finally an app that does what you expect it to do. It seems trivial, in reality it is very rare. Many apps require you to learn from a complex knowledge base and perform time-consuming tasks after installing them. Backups from BackupMaster, on the other hand, the only thing you "have to do" is click on install button: from then on it backups the site without headaches; then, if you want, you can set a frequency and whether to save backups on the cloud or receive them via email with a download link. That's it.

Customer support is excellent: prompt, friendly and helpful. They contacted me as soon as I signed up and are proactive in emailing me about security issues generally.

Backup does the job and the customer service is very nice and helpful. They have created a custom plan for us to meet our needs.

In the past I used the app to backup and restore religiously. I took it out at one point to save money, a decision I regretted deeply later, as I managed to damage my store by erasing hundreds of images using "Files" in the Shopify settings. I had to restore image by image one by one. Running a proper backup with the ability to restore is a no brainer and the app works as it should with granularity. I'm never taking the app off anymore and when I reinstalled it I got really nice service from Marina.

Great customer support. Happy that I did not have to use backup yet.., but you never know and I feel this App and this company you can trust.

Excellent App!
Would highly recommend. We are new to Shopify and working on setting up our store. We had not given any thought to back-ups as we were not sure how it was handled by Shopify however, when we learned that Shopify does not back-up any stores, we immediately searched out for a back-up app and happily found BackupMaster.

This app is so easy to use and the restore function works like a charm! Daily back-ups are performed automatically, and a weekly email of our automatic back-ups sent to us. Overall, very satisfied with this app
