Finally an app that does what you expect it to do. It seems trivial, in reality it is very rare. Many apps require you to learn from a complex knowledge base and perform time-consuming tasks after installing them. Backups from BackupMaster, on the other hand, the only thing you "have to do" is click on install button: from then on it backups the site without headaches; then, if you want, you can set a frequency and whether to save backups on the cloud or receive them via email with a download link. That's it.

In the past I used the app to backup and restore religiously. I took it out at one point to save money, a decision I regretted deeply later, as I managed to damage my store by erasing hundreds of images using "Files" in the Shopify settings. I had to restore image by image one by one. Running a proper backup with the ability to restore is a no brainer and the app works as it should with granularity. I'm never taking the app off anymore and when I reinstalled it I got really nice service from Marina.

Great app but I wish you could RESTORE entire collections or RESTORE multiple products at 1 time. Or search by tag and restore a group of products in bulk.

Been using the app for a long time, and it helped me recover from some horrible mistakes. Marina from BackupMaster has been very responsive to my requests. I highly recommend this app.

One thing I do not want to worry about is a catastrophic error. My site took weeks to set up and perfect and the peace of mind knowing that it is backed up lets me sleep at night.

Everyone needs to know that there is no backup plan on shopify store in general. If you delete your products by accident or add some unusual app that kills your store there is no way back without a backup app.

Hopefully, I will never need it but at least I know it is there if I do need it.

So far so good, the app is working as I had hoped it would. I have only had it installed for about a week now.
Marina is my Support Manager and she has been great in reaching out and offering to help me but the software has been intuitive so far.
I would highly recommend it.
