BackupMaster Backups

I decided to get this app because I have put a lot of time into migrating my shop to shopify and it will save my sanity if anything goes wrong. You don't really know how important a backup is until you need it. This app was really easy to set up. It ran in the background once I had gone through the initial start. You can choose the timing of your daily backup and you also have the option to backup before you make any major changes which is helpful when making changes to the theme code. The customer service has been excellent, prompt, and helpful.

Great cost efficient app from a number of Shopify backups. It has no impact on site speed and runs nicely in the background. Would highly recommend.

Setup was quick and easy, and when we had a billing question, customer support was quick to respond and help resolve the issue. The user interface is clean and simple, and feels like a native feature that is already built-in to Shopify.

Overall, a very good app that gives other backup services a run for their money at a competitive price. Highly recommended!

I just want to say what a life saver this app was. After weeks of setting up our Shopify store, all of our products (nearly 200) descriptions were over written connecting to our ERP. I went into panic mode. After chatting with the rep online for a few minutes, she walked me through the restore process, and BAM! after about 15 minutes, all of our products and descriptions were restored!! Thank you so much for a great product, I will be upgrading today!!

Came across this app when we updated a theme and it caused our site to fail. We realised we would need a backup service who could quickly restore a last known good version of the site quickly and easily, backup master provide this and first rate support from our manager Marina, would highly recommend

Has truly saved us multiple times - incredible safety feature. Highly recommend. Backups can be restored in such specific and important ways that you always are able to have an oversight of your e-comm platform. 10/10

Love this app. Works great. Easy interface. Nice folks. Some of my products got written over and it was SO easy to restore them.

Great peace of mind. I'm so glad I found this. When I modify code I wondered how I could back up to a working version if I messed up something. This is the answer. It isn't git, no version control. But it's saved us a few times.
