Discounty runs so smoothly in the background that I barely have to think about it. Last week, I had an issue with a product import where some image links were missing, and several products lost their images. Thanks to Discounty’s backup and restore feature, I was able to fix everything within minutes. It saved me so much time and stress! Honestly, this app has been a lifesaver for my store management. Our plans are based on the number of orders a store processes each month and the features required to support growing businesses. If a store consistently exceeds its plan’s order quota for three consecutive months, we reach out to suggest upgrading to a plan that better fits its needs.
We believe it’s important for customers to make this decision themselves, rather than upgrading plans automatically. This ensures that charges are always transparent and within the customer’s control. At the same time, we kindly ask that customers upgrade when requested, as this helps maintain fairness for all users.
We regret that this process didn’t meet your expectations, and we’re actively working to improve how we communicate these situations in the future. We’ve also reached out privately to discuss this further and would love the opportunity to work with you again.

Excellent App!
Would highly recommend. We are new to Shopify and working on setting up our store. We had not given any thought to back-ups as we were not sure how it was handled by Shopify however, when we learned that Shopify does not back-up any stores, we immediately searched out for a back-up app and happily found BackupMaster.
This app is so easy to use and the restore function works like a charm! Daily back-ups are performed automatically, and a weekly email of our automatic back-ups sent to us. Overall, very satisfied with this app
