Very easy to install, as far as I know it works great. The middle plan allows you to be able to download a copy of the data, which would be nice to have on the basic plan.

I got this app for the obvious back-up ability not knowing much about it.
The trial expired and we kept it going. (pretty good price)
Today I accidentally deleted a page within our site. It would have been a lengthy process to recover through google cache.
Instead, I was able to recover my page with just a couple clicks from this app. Made my life much easier and saved me a lot of time!

We have not had to use any features for restoring previous versions yet, but so far this has been really easy to set up and customer service has been excellent.
They even emailed to let us know that we could choose a new cheaper plan (our store isn't open yet so we're not taking any orders at the moment) which was good of them I think.
