Our plans are based on the number of orders a store processes each month and the features required to support growing businesses. If a store consistently exceeds its plan’s order quota for three consecutive months, we reach out to suggest upgrading to a plan that better fits its needs.

We believe it’s important for customers to make this decision themselves, rather than upgrading plans automatically. This ensures that charges are always transparent and within the customer’s control. At the same time, we kindly ask that customers upgrade when requested, as this helps maintain fairness for all users.

We regret that this process didn’t meet your expectations, and we’re actively working to improve how we communicate these situations in the future. We’ve also reached out privately to discuss this further and would love the opportunity to work with you again.
