I was previously using Rewind but Backup Master is more comprehensive, backing up more elements, has a much better user interface and excellent customer support. I think it's the best backup app out there for Shopify.

Tried the app it just does not work at all. We have decided to cancel our trial. They kept us hours on the phone and result was nothing. Very unhappy.

We are very sorry that it did not meet your expectations, and we deeply understand how frustrating it can be when the new store's theme doesn't look as precise as expected.
However, as mentioned previously, Shopify imposes certain limitations on all apps, including ours, which means that some actions must be performed manually when creating a new store.
That said, we want to assure you that our app has successfully transferred the following data:

Our engineers have reviewed the logs and confirmed that there were no errors during the transfer.
