I needed help backing up deleted products. The problem wasn't with BackupMaster, but with Shopify. Within a day, I received a detailed explanation of what the problem was and how I could fix it. The support is excellent and very friendly!
So far, so good. It's nice to have backups sent to Google Drive which then automatically sync locally to a computer
Does exactly what it says. You just set it and forget it.
On of the best app i've used in Shopify ever! Very very simple, it uses Shopify UI styles so u don't need to worry about understanding what is what. Very clear, simple, and powerful funcionality.
