The app runs smoothly in the background. I had an instance last week with a product import that was missing image links.... some products lost their images.. within a few minutes I was able to restore them from the backup. Works flawlessly and already saved me many work hours (and might even have increased my life expectancy given lower overall stress level).

I encountered a glitch on our site: the home page main (top) banner did not load, or it did but then dissappeared and I could not find the cause of the problem, so I used this app to go back in time to a previous back up. What a relieve, the site is working again! Always wondered if a backup is needed, but it looks like it is. What I noticed with some other backups is that they did not save the theme and all it s contents. This app does and as a result you can clone the whole site to another location. In our situation we only restored the theme and that was enough to get our site working again. It is also extremely easy to use: in case of a total crash, the back up is even available direct on their servers and a link to that is provided.

Our plans are based on the number of orders a store processes each month and the features required to support growing businesses. If a store consistently exceeds its plan’s order quota for three consecutive months, we reach out to suggest upgrading to a plan that better fits its needs.
We believe it’s important for customers to make this decision themselves, rather than upgrading plans automatically. This ensures that charges are always transparent and within the customer’s control. At the same time, we kindly ask that customers upgrade when requested, as this helps maintain fairness for all users.
