I don't see any issue with your app, it is pity that you close down after December 31st.
Worked 2 times with these team and 2 times they disappoint me to highest unprofessionalism, basically 1st time they did not back up my product and it took the a couple days for restoration they made it manually after the weekends
2nd time i tried to restore myself and asked customer service manager if this going to help to restore all my shop prices, was assured that yes, got a call from her, lost 4 hour of my time and prices are not restored yet.
there chat on the app if you refresh the page is also disaapers so kind da to message them you need to open a window and keep it there...
Well Shou6am improve your things brother as i loose money because of you as i rely on you app
In the meantime of waiting i try to press app myself and it just stopped showing me yesterdays backups, so can not do even one by one... really bad service and coded all wrong
At the end got a reply that sorry all our team is not working today, and you have to stay with you problems till next day...
My shop left broken, i change a review as prommise them hope this can improve service and qulity of work

Horrible, deleted my pictures to products, was no abale to restore anything!
Support is not professional but trying to be a nice when your business has no sales and all down... Sorry we can not help you as it is already late but we lost 4 hours with you let try tomorrow

We needed the app some months ago and it worked well for what we needed. I also want to point out that the app feels comfortable and easy to understand, as well as the pricing plans. I was in contact with the support three times and everytime the response time was quick, friendly and helpful.

Beware scammers,
They erased a lot of my data when trying to restore, pictures mainly, i asked them to fix nothing happens, customer service is a way too unprofessional.
Do not deal with this app as data will be lost and your time

If there would be more stars, I'd award 10! This app is amazingly easy to use. I've been a WooCommerce customer for over 10 years and just recently changed to Shopify. When facing the usual challenges of a shop owner, I found this app and cannot express how pleased I am. I was expecting the usual hassle and 3-4 trials before something gets actually done, and found the same issue on Shopify confirmed, until I found Vault-Backup and Restore by Shubham Raji. Not only do they have an outstandingly excellent customer service, but they care. Beside the fact, that the app actually works. I offered my review and hope that it will help this amazing company to gain a lot of traction and many fans! Thank you again for all the help you provided.
