I have used it to fully recover mistakes or issues and restore store perfectly to what was in place before.

Previous to using the Rewind App I had not backed up my store, I had a developer working on importing products into the store unfortunately something went wrong and all of my products were deleted and I had to try getting over 300 products imported back into the store . If I had have had Rewnd earlier it would have been simple to re boot the store to the last back up but instead it took the developer a week to re enter all of my products.. That won't happen again. Rewind was very helpful with the installation of the new app and it works perfectly. I assume that everything is backed up as expected - I am getting a report regularly with updates. Very straight forward program.

I came here to leave a review out of sheer relief. I'd spent hours writing blog content for weeks of newsletters. Somehow an action on Shopify backend when 'hiding' them cleared all the content. I was desperate. Used Rewind (which I only added as app a few weeks ago) in seconds to reinstate them. MASSIVE PHEW. Worth every penny. Was almost in tears - all that work gone. Nearly!

I've been asked to write a review but I'm currently re-developing my website and have hardly any products listed so I don't have any experience of Rewind just yet, but in theory, it looks to work well.

After a big mistake by a 3rd party that messed up a lot of our back end, we were about to commit hundreds of hours of work to repair the damage but then I remembered we had Rewind installed. Fixed everything with a click of a button and I couldn't have been more grateful and relieved. Since then, we've made sure it's installed on our other stores and support has been great too!
