Rewind Backups

Had a question on email notification and changing the email address. Annie took care of the change in minutes and we were done. Very efficient and effective.

As advertised, it makes backing up the site easy and covers everything. You also get a cool weekly report that shows what files were added and many other details that makes managing the date back up easier! I highly recommend to anyone using shopfiy!

Having a new store I needed an app that securely backed everything up in case I had any problems changing, updating or adding to a live environment and rewind works absolutely fine in the background. Hopefully I won't need to rescue my store but I am confident that if I do, rewind will be able to assist with the job.
I get regular emails when the store's been backed up, very happy with the service.

Simple and effective backup solution. Easy to setup. Love that I can rewind the whole store or just a particular product or page. Gives me peace of mind.

**UPDATE 2021 - I accidentally deleted a whole collection of products while doing some routine changes. After a moment of panic, I remembered that we had the Rewind App. All was restored shortly after. This should be the first app that any Shopify store installs. It does what it says, at a good price. The weekly report is great to see what is backed up. I have installed this on 2 stores.

Rewind is a life saver. Wish everyone not to have to use it anytime but once you have you are all set.
