Rewind Backups

This is a must-have app for peace of mind. Fortunately, we have not needed to use the backup yet but it is good to know that we are covered and this could save us a lot of effort and headache if we ever need to restore all the data quickly with minimum downtime.

We are still in the early stages of us this app, thus far it is working correctly.

Hard to say if the app is amazing or not, until you have to use the backup to restore your data. Thankfully we haven't. I do feel more secure knowing there is a backup though. It took easily 100 hours to input the data into our store, and the thought of losing it is scary.

So, how do you review an app that you think is working, but won't know until you need it?

the report is good, the backup is good.

I'm very new to Shopify. I built my first business on Wordpress. But I can already say that Rewind lowers my blood pressure significantly (lol). I've had too many experiences of needing to log into hosting company cpanels, manually download backups prior to any updates (bc who knows which update will create the error on your site, it's like roulette, the Russian kind)t. Its a time suck. This company solves that problem on Shopify. Can't beat free either.

Our developer downloaded this to make sure we can back out changes we werent happy with.

After I broke my partnership, he was able to wipe many things in website. Thanks for rewind I was able to restore my store. The support is amazing!

So easy to set up and the support team was quick and detailed to answer my question! I haven't restored anything yet but it's good to know that I can and won't lose my entire store if things go south.
