The app is very easy to use and full of features. Once I had an issue (on my side), contacted support and they sorted it in about 3 mins. It is excellent value for money, and I think it is much needed given the importance of back-up.

We haven't launched yet, but invested more than a year of work on the website (we have more than 150 products and hundreds of food recipes)
The first thing that I wanted for my site is back up.
Rewind has been amazing so far, its backup everything !!!! on my Shopify account automatically, and already saved me several times when products have been mistakenly deleted, it was very simple to restore from backup - perfect.

I've experienced data loss before (on another platform) and it isn't pretty. The price that rewind charges isn't even a drop in the bucket considering what it would cost in down time and hassles in case of data loss. The Rewind app took no time to set up and it sends me weekly reports to keep me posted on what it's doing. If you care about your Shopify store, I highly recommend you install and use Rewind. Even if you don't care, you should still install Rewind because as I said, data loss isn't pretty.

Really good, does what its supposed to do. Installed after i had to reupload hundreds of photos beause of shopify "backups". This is the only true backup
