Invaluable! With bulk uploads overwriting individual edits I'd be a dead man if this wasn't available to rollback individual products I'd accidentally overwritten! #1 app we use!

I lost all data Thursday on my website by installing a bad CSV file. I was not warned by Shopify.
The only save was my ink frog link to eBay. I was able to repair images and SKUs but not inventory.
I spent 3 days 17 hours per day with the first 2 days only 1 hour sleep. Now I am doing a long overdue complete inventory because of all the errors. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. But I came out stronger as a result and want to keep it. I will be closing ink frog at some point. Glad I found this app. I noticed you even tell me how many products I have. That simple information was not even accessible on Shopify. Well worth $15 for peace of mind.
Just today I thought I lost a product because I deleted it, but found it again on Rewind and restored it. Although it was not restored in the order I had listed it as a product I am still good with not having to re do it. I thought I would never have to use this feature...guess what...just did!!

The only time I need to use the Rewind app was when my menus reverted to an old version. I did not change the menus, and the last change was the Rewind app making an new menu backup page. The rewind app was unable to restore the old menus. Support was unable to assist and decided to blame everyone else. So the app has been useless to me when finally needed.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your navigation menu! We recognize that losing any information can be a painful experience, and that’s why we’re here to help. While we wish we could provide backup and restoration support for every type of information stored on a Shopify store, unfortunately our access is limited in a few areas, including Navigation Menus.
Despite this, we do try and overcome the lack of access by using a different method of capturing the information stored in your navigation menu, and then we store that securely in your backups. While we recognize this method cannot support automatic restoration, like we can with products, we still do have access to this information and have worked with many merchants in the past to help them manually restore this.
