Rewind Backups

I have had Rewind installed since 2020 and I've never had a reason to use it until recently when there was an issue with deleted items in our store. The restore process was so smooth and easy, and the customer support was top-notch — responsive, and patient with all my questions. I've been using them for years, but never needed to do a back up until last week. It was a very specific backup that I couldn't do myself, but customer support helped after two or three emails.

I have been using The Rewind Backup app for a while now. It gives me peace of mind to know that if I mess up a theme by changing the wrong setting I will be able to roll it back to last (daily) backup. I can also easilly backup manully if I know I am about to try a change that might not go as expected. It s well for the money to keep our store save!

Bianca with customer support was very helpful and patient and walked us through the entire process. We feel more secure knowing all of our data is backed. We had a malicious freelancer delete everything once, and we never want to be left without an option to back it up ever again.
