We are very satisfied with the Rewind App. It has been in place several months. The support staff are very responsive and work with us in a straightforward manner. The restores don't work. I have had 1 major and 1 minor restore, and both failed. You can't get any answers quickly, and my issues never get resolved. I was never able to recover the deleted information in a restore.

It looks like the Restore worked how it was meant to, but there appears to have been some confusion around Rewind functionality, and how the items originally appeared at the time(s) you chose to restore back to.

Rewind saved me from a lot of headaches, my team is updating products every day and mistakes can occur. Just go in the app search for the product and in 2 minutes everything was back like before. I highly recommend it.
SAVED thanks to Rewind. I accidentally deleted a theme file which broke the product page. The Rewind support team were quick to show me how to get it back. Great app!

The Rewind Backups app is reliable, easy to use, and offers a clear overview of what's being backed up and when.
We've been using Rewind for a couple months now, and it is an excellent app. The backups work superbly, and customer service is impeccable. We sleep very well at night knowing Rewind is keeping our website secure. If you don't have backup, we highly recommend you give Rewind a try.
Really nice support! Awesome attention to detail and overall a really positive experience. The way they simplify the knowledge curve for their end users is admirable. The tool pays itself, having the confidence that your store assets are protected allow you to focus on design and innovation like almost no other thing. Great tool.
