Awesome app, very well designed and managed and so far 100% reliable. We've been using Rewind in two Shopify stores so far with another one on the way. We wouldn't want to miss it as it turns such an important task as creating regular backups of the entire store into a very easy process. We can highly recommend Rewind to any merchant. Make sure you have it way before you ever need it!

I was skeptical about purchasing this app because I had been performing manual weekly backups already, so felt it was redundant/overkill. Note that I said WEEKLY backups. Not two days after I installed it I accidentally overwrote a ton of edits that we had no copy of. Thank God Rewind backs up DAILY. Five minutes later we had our edits back. With this one incident this app has already paid for itself, plus now I have one less thing to do by end of day Fridays.

App was easy to install. I get regular updates about back up acitivity. I have not yet use the app to restore any deleted entries.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do and I sleep better for it. Imagine losing everything you worked so hard for. The free account for starting businesses is fantastic.

Highly recommended. This is a no-brainer app, the basic version is free and it backs up all aspects of your store. This isn't just to prevent against hackers, but if you make a mistake in the code, or want to revert to a previous product description. It's one click to do this. This is a must-have for any store owner.

This is one of Shopify's few MUST HAVE Apps. I nearly deleted my whole digital database because I had accidently clicked on the wrong app to delete. I was literally a second off . . . no online store! Thanks so much guys for providing a free backup service. After my heart stopped. I realised I had the backups now even if I did make a massive mistake like that, so it was OK and I could start breathing again. I only found this app last week and it would have to be the most valuable app I have installed.

I like the variety of options that RB offers that can adjust to each business level. The backup process also runs seamlessly and accurately every day.

Glad I discovered this app before going live. Peace of mind now knowing any data loss due to human error or random acts are covered and reversible simply by using Rewind.
