Rewind Backups

We pay monthly fees and no backups are made. Support does not give us an answer. We recommend using another app. Pagamos cuotas mensuales y no se hacen copias de seguridad. Great app! We use it on both of our stores. Love the reports and the security of knowing that the stores are always backed up! We highly recommend this app!

I only have small amount of backup items at the moment but having a reliable backup service running quietly in the background is cool for peace of mind. Rewind is the first service of this kind I have used and feel no need to change so this must be a good sign things are working ok. I have not yet needed to speak with customer service which is also another good sign but it also means I cannot offer any insight to other people who maybe looking at using Rewind

This app SAVED our life!

We've deleted this app about a month ago because i considered to be a waste of money and this HAPPENED:

I almost fainted when i noticed one of our developers maliciously deleted all our products (3000+) which we've been perfecting into our store for over a year and half. We immediately contacted Shopify and they literally could do nothing!!! Nothing. They just apologized and said we should have backed up the products. I was losing my mind when...

Then i remembered that we've had a subscription with REWIND so i emailed them about the issue. They responded in no more than 15 minutes and they told us they still a have back up of all our products until the day we removed the app.

This was one of the best things ever happened with app. Please note: YOU NEED THIS APP more than any other app out there! Make sure you get it today or further down the road you might regret it!

Backing up data is not the glamorous side of the internet but this beneath the surface process is critical and Rewind delivers on its promise! Part of the application to get business insurance requires (I have found in the UK at least) you have a backup process. Thank you Rewind!

Not had to use it yet but impressed with ease of use to set up and the presentation of the backups in the 'vault' - you can restore the whole site to a particular date and time or do the same with any particular element. It is very swish - it even renders the content it has backed up for you!

Easy to use and backs up all the store data. Provide peace of mind just in case the site goes down and we need to recover quickly.
