So far so good. I have been using the app for several weeks, but fortunitly have not had to use a back up yet, but I feel good knowing its there.

Rewind has saved us on a few occasions when we had inadvertently deleted some new pages for our store. Annie in tech support was extremely helpful and prompt in helping us resolve our technical issues. Very good app! Tom G

I rest easy knowing that my store (TrillEngraving.com) is backed up with Rewind because I know that things happen that can (will!) take down a store. I'm also more willing to try new things knowing that I can quickly and easily recover.
The cost is minimal and the set-and-forget nature of this app helps me sleep at night.

Installed Rewind for a number of days. For good sake, nothing went wrong serious which require restoration. However, the warmful follow up of Rewind and response to inquiry was a pleasant to have Rewind with.

When I thought I had lost all the data on my store, I was able to contact Rewind support chat immediately. As it turned out, there was no issue. But in that moment of sheer panic I was thankful that I had signed up to Rewind. I was also very grateful for the immediate support I received from Annie, especially at a time (during COVID19) when other online support resources were practically nonexistent. 100% validated the need

Great App! Reasonable price, features and service! Everything is straightforward and no hidden things! Good performance, backup is fast and robust!
App has also the possibility to restore elements of the shop separately. Don't have to restore all!

Great customer support! Answer quick, competent and up-to-date. I do appriciate much that they communicate not only positive things, but the limitations of their app! That's fantastic and please take all my respect! No fake bla-bla, just truth! I have the feeling of freedom to choose!

With Rewind, we can feel safe that our store data is always being backed up. We back up our theme code with GitHub, but didn't have a way to back up our products, collections, etc. Rewind provides a hassle-free service that does exactly what we need!
