Our developer downloaded this to make sure we can back out changes we werent happy with.
After I broke my partnership, he was able to wipe many things in website. Thanks for rewind I was able to restore my store. The support is amazing!

So easy to set up and the support team was quick and detailed to answer my question! I haven't restored anything yet but it's good to know that I can and won't lose my entire store if things go south.
This app is easy to install. It seems to work great! I get a report that tells me what it backed up. How much better can it be! I haven't used the restore feature yet, and there is every reason to believe it will be as effective. Thank you for this great app! Highly recommend.
You don't think this app is important until things goes wrong and you wish you have this app. Must have app.
I have restored plenty of time, but nothing happened, and the customer service always not there to help.

We have noticed that you posted this review on the same day you installed Rewind Backups. It is not possible to restore to a point in time before Rewind was installed.
When you install Rewind, we start to save versions of your data. At any point in the future, you can go back to one of our saved versions. Unfortunately, you can not go back further than your install date.

How many times have you purchased a product or service, then received an email from the founder asking if he could speak to you about your thoughts about the service? In my years of experience, the answer is a big fat zero. Mike Potter at Rewind set a whole new standard (in my opinion) in not only listening to his customers, but in actually reaching out and proactively requesting a conversation.
The funny thing is, I am a religious believer in backups. I subscribe to the old backup joke of "one is none, and two is one" when it comes to backup methods. I had been a subscriber for about a month and was using a bulk editor to make some adjustments to a large volume of products in my store. As luck would have it, I made an error and messed up about a hundred products. Rather than sweat it and take the time to key in all the necessary corrections, I chose to "rewind it" and it worked fantastically. The irony of it was, this happened the night before I had agreed to talk to Mike.
As a result, of my user experience with the product and my subsequent conversation with Mike, I am a big supporter of the both the product and the company. In fact, I also now use their product to backup my Quickbooks Online account.
