We haven't needed to actively use this app, we just knew it is there and always running. Our vault was the first place I went after accidentally deleting an E-N-T-I-R-E blog (not just the post I thought I was deleting). Support was quick, reassuring and effective!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rewind saved me in a MAJOR way and I'm so grateful!

Great Product and Peace of Mind with Rewind.
We've had Rewind installed since 2016 & thankfully have never needed to use it until today!
One of the team accidentally deleted a ton of variants after thinking they'd created a duplicate while being distracted (welcome to juggling 100 tasks in a small biz). Ouch.
But no issue, Rewind jumped straight on it & brought all that data back!

It has been a pleasure to use this product for backups and recovery, it is well designed and the support has been exceptionally good. The zip file export (requested through a request to rewind support at this time) is the secret sauce for us— the image export which is part of the zip file has been invaluable.

A perfect product that you need. Get it and save lots of headaches later.
This is a must have app. I was worried about the security or stability of my store, especially since I used non-Shopify in-built theme and made lots of customization to the codes. This helps to give a peace of mind.

Up to date, I am really satisfied, although I have not had the chance to use it yet (which is what we want, of course!). But the app seems to be really good, it looks really easy to use and the site is uptaded frequently, and you do not have to think of doing it (contrary to my previous sotre, which I had to do it myself). The support seems great and they seem to be there if we have a problem or when the time comes to use this app. For the price, I found it amazing !
