The Rewind backup for Shopify is a great tool for securing our data. We put a lot of work into the content and offerings at overjupiter.com, and it's great that Rewind provides an affordable, automated way to make sure we don't lose it. Their team of developers is awesome and give wonderful customer support.

Hi I just wanted to stop by a give this app a 5 star rating. It gives me a peace of mind, that my 400+ product listings are secure. This app works behind the scene and as a jewelry designer this is important to me, cause I can focus on designing and handcrafting my jewelry knowing it keeps everything backed up.. This apps is installed very quickly and without any issues. I would definitely recommend Rewind to a friend.

UTTERLY USELESS.. HOW CAN A BACKUP NOT BACKUP INVENTORY COUNTS...TOTALLY USLESS. I can't believe they don't backup inventory counts
Hello, I’m Kaleigh - head of customer support here at Rewind. I wanted to reach out and make sure you understood that we completely empathize with your frustrations here, as they're frustrations we've felt ourselves.
Our backups rely on webhooks or little digital notifications from Shopify to us regarding items that have changed so that we can make a new record of it. When it comes to inventory - Shopify’s API currently does not consider a sale to be a change associated with a product. Which means that when you sell something, we are not notified of the inventory update as a ‘change’ to your product.
When a product is restored to an earlier version - we can keep the inventory exactly as it is in the present moment (because we can see it), but when a product is DELETED, we have no record of the inventory changes, so we set the inventory at 0.
Although we do backup your product images, title, description, tags, price and variants I want to apologize that inventory not being included in this this wasn’t clear, and assure you that it’s always top of mind for us in conversations with Shopify about the API.
Given the level of disappointment I’d really appreciate having a conversation with you about it and what we can do to help assure you of our commitment to backing up your store data as much as we possibly can.

Backups are essential for any data you feel is important. We use Rewind for both Shopify and Quickbook. Their customer support is top notch if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.
It was simple to setup and the pricing was low. The thought of losing all of the hard work I put into this site motivated me to find a backup solution. I chose this one because of the price and the large number of positive reviews. It appears to backup everything.

Awesome backup app, highly recommeded!
You have an accountant to ensure your business finances run well. You have insurance to cover your business assets and employees. Yet, you are running your solution that generates revenue without insurance?
In my opinion, Rewind is a REQUIRED application for all store owners. It's hands off approach to backing up all important information, and allowing you to recover to a different point in time is worth it's weight in gold.
If you treasure your business and have spent money and time on your site, you need to have this app. Period.
