Rewind Backups

We have recently being having some bugs with our theme file and this app has enabled us to edit everything with the reassurence that a restore is only a click away.

Shelby was very helpful and kind in assisting me with my questions regarding the app. Very quick as well!

This app is MARVELOUS! Every shop owner should have it installed.

Aside from the ongoing convenience (and piece of mind) - "at least" - once during the time that you have a shop - something will go wrong and be deleted or overwritten. (that day you will be glad you have this - no matter what the price)

This app backs up everything - including all the data & objects that are not included in Theme backup.

Their customer support team is very easy to get a hold of and helped answer some questions we had before installing this app. So far we find the interface very intuitive and easy to use. Another stress off our minds. Now let's hope we never have to use it, haha.

I have restored plenty of time, but nothing happened, and the customer service always not there to help.

I sleep at night because I know if someone hacks my store or my computer blows up, I have a record of all my data from my store. It's the cheapest insurance I have ever bought! In addition, their online chat support is fantastic. Noah helped me today migrate my account from Big Comm to Shopify and she was perfect.

Love it. Rewind is cheap insurance in case something goes sideways. Hopefully you never need it, but if you do need to recover from anything, you'll be more than happy to have it. Two or three clicks and everything is back to the way it was. No getting in touch with your IT team to try and restore a recent backup (if you even have one available), little downtime, no fuss.
