In this day and age was paranoid about losing chunks of my website whether maliciously or by accident and wanted peace of mind. Glad to say have not had to use Rewind but have given five stars as easy to install and communication has been good so should I need to use Rewind am confident the team will help me out should I have any issues I can't figure out myself

Great app, I was terrified of the possibility of the products or page code being corrupted. This helps me to sleep at night.
I installed this app a few days ago and it is such an excellent app.I had lost some products o my store and could restore them all with a click of a button.
It all seems to be working well for us so far! Hopefully, we never have to use the backup, but it is good peace fo mind to know it is there!
I have not had to use it but it gives me piece of mind, especially when I have others working on the site. Thanks!
This does a nice job of backing up daily and sending weekly reminders that everything is backed up. Having gone through the painful experience of losing a website that wasn't properly backed up, this provides good peace of mind.

We pay monthly fees and no backups are made. Support does not give us an answer. We recommend using another app. Pagamos cuotas mensuales y no se hacen copias de seguridad. El soporte no nos da una respuesta. Te recomendamos que utilices otra aplicación. Wir zahlen monatlich Gebühren und es werden keine Sicherungen vorgenommen. Der Support gibt uns keine Antwort. Wir empfehlen ein anderes App zu verwenden.

It looks like with Logan’s assistance you were able to access your Rewind Vault where all of your historical Shopify store data (since the first day you installed Rewind) is securely stored.
