Rewind Backups

Rewind has been great and taken the stress off of our plate of losing data or running into an issue with our website. Alyssa from Rewind has also been great to work with.

Feels nice to have the security of the Rewind Backup app. We weren't originally aware that Shopify backed up our information, but were unable to provide us with any information if our site went down, so it's good to know this in place, not only to fix any major issues, but also revert some smaller mishaps.

Did you update your Shopify theme and suddenly the theme broke? If not, trust me, this is going to happen sooner or later.

It happened to me today and I was really lucky I had installed the app some time ago and I was able to revert the corrupt data with just 1 click. Also, while I was really scared to lose all my work out of the blue, I got some support via chat in real time and was told that even if something goes wrong I will get a manual fix from their devs.

I am in the free version and I will update to the paid plan in order to create manual backups.

Everyone wants an app that just works reliably. While we have not had to do a restore from Rewind yet, it is nice to know we have taken the right steps to prepare ourselves. Simply. Reliable. What else does anyone need?

Excellent app for backing up our Shopify websites data that isn't done by Shopify! Easy to use, runs like clockwork, and has great support when, rarely, needed.
