I imported and wrote over 450 products which brought them back to draft stage! Logan helped me with my first Rewind experience (which ended up being quite simple) but I appreciated her patience and staying with me on chat until the process was complete. I got all my products back in their original form. This app is essential.
So glad to hear we were there to help out when you needed Rewind! Logan is definitely an all-star.
Great app. Support has been wonderful, the dashboard is great. Thankfully have not needed to rewind anything...hope we never will. As we have been building out our security/backup regiment we are thrilled to be able to add Rewind to our arsenal of tools to prevent doomsday.
I haven't need to use the service to restore anything yet, but the Rewind team has been very responsive to my questions, and I definitely feel better knowing that Rewind is backing up my store.
We haven't had to use a backup as yet, but it feels great to know we have a backup to restore from should we ever need to

So far so good. Feels good to know our site is being backed up. Very simple to set up and get started too!
Excellent app! Easy to install and monitor. I haven't needed to restore anything yet, but it's very reassuring to see that the daily backups are being done automatically. As our site is new to Shopify, we're adding stock and making changes daily, so it is also helpful to be able to do a backup at any time to save these changes.
Today i have used the restore of date 13-AUG-2023 even 12-AUG-2023. This app not bringing my site back to normally, while my site was working perfectly fine till 14-AUG-2023. Is there any responsible person from your team to fix my issue. It is a serious issue

It looks like the theme Restore worked how it was meant to. Still, there appears to have been some confusion around Rewind functionality and how the items originally appeared at the time you chose to restore back to.
