I wish I found this app sooner - I had a web developer upload an API onto our site and lost EVERYTHING. After getting this app we are confident that we won't run into this issue ever again. It's worth every penny.
This app has been an absolute lifesaver for me. Well worth the monthly fee.
Rewind was installed about a year ago. Weekly summaries are delivered as promised in the sales cycle. Never had to restore anything, knock on wood. One weekly report had 'wild' numbers in the summary. Back to normal the following weekend. Support answer was 'we do not know' why the anamoly on one weekly summary. Would recommend for your peace of mind.

Having recently suffered a massive loss of data due to a Shopify glitch (not that they'll admit it) - I am still rebuilding my store three weeks later.
Rewind gives you the features that should be built into the platform by default and by doing so, gives me more peace of mind than I thought possible.
If you thought your Shopify data was backed up - it's not. Get Rewind and get on with building your business.

Have been waiting for something like this for a long time. Before, we were exporting everything manually and copy-and-pasting blog posts - so time-consuming! Rewind has been great. It even saves the manually-selected order of our collections, which was a real problem as we had to restore the site from an older version a couple of times and lost days' worth of work.
No brainer essential for Shopify, zero setup and peace of mind. Awesome
After an app that erased the entire store, and having lost the entire Christmas campaign, I installed the app that should have done it first of all
I do not wish anyone the frustration, helplessness I felt, I even had health problems.
Now I am calm with Rewind and again working hard to open the store as soon as possible.
