Always quick to answer chat. I find on occasion an app can break your theme and this app is awesome if that happens. Also if you do a lot of uploads of inventory it always helps to have the back up. Plus Annie gave me a high five back after support chat

This app is definitely number 1 on the essentials list for all my Shopify clients. It's a no brainer to mitigate risk in business and this app helps with that by backing up your entire store. For new businesses, this app is like a free insurance plan. For larger stores, its amazingly cost effective.
Very happy with Rewind, it is a great service for an incredibly important aspect of the business. I would recommend anyone with a Shopify store to install Rewind Backups just in case something bad happens and you need a backup.
