Since we installed it, Rewind has become one of our most essential apps, and the support we’ve received where and when needed, recently from Brittney on the team, has been exceptional. We’re so happy with rewind, as our go-to backup and staging solution, we’ve taken out an annual subscription and highly recommend it.
Great team and very supportive in terms of support. I had a challenge to change ownership of the app and they were very responsive and I got it solved in a day.
Amazing team behind the product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a backup tool solution for their shopify stores.
