Bad Customer helps you avoid shipping goods to customers who have a habit of charging back their purchases or make excessive refund requests. We say enough is enough. Bad Customer isn't like other anti-fraud tools. Most anti-fraud tools use algorithms to try to look for suspicious activity. We think the solution is much less complicated; we identify the "bad customers" by looking at their chargeback history with other sites.
Identifies customers who have charged back on other sites.

I used this app to help stop repeat offenders from being able to make purchases, loaded all the information required (address and zip) for every previous chargeback customer and in the 12 days it has been installed we have had 3 orders come in from previous chargeback customers go through without being tagged. Further more we have had new chargeback customers in that week and when you use this app to scan for bad customers it says this customer has no chargebacks or refunds. I can assure you this customer has $xxxx amount of money in chargebacks and 7 orders but the app reports 0. I reached out to their support 3 times and have not heard from them a single time in the 12 days.
We had an issue with some customers using US forwarding addresses and then charging back once they received their order. Bad Customer now tags orders when bill-to and ship-to addresses are in different states (or countries). Now we get a heads up and can contact the customer to verify their order, their payment, and their identity to ensure it's not fraud and that we can fight any future chargeback.
Would be a good app if it actually blocked bad customers. All it does is email an alert which is easy to miss prior to processing the order.
