Ivy went above and beyond to help me adjust the label setup to fit the exact labels I have. She made sure everything was aligned and printing properly. The level of customer support was exceptional.

Super helpful in configuring our custom label, as our label size/type was not originally in the list to choose from. Monica designed a custom label exactly how we needed it!

Although the app can can have a few hitches sometimes, the customer support is top notch. You chat with a real human in real time, are always pleasant, and they have always resolved my problems. The only thing i would like to see different is when you click print to see how your template will look, your print count automatically goes down even if you don't print the sheet.

We just purchased the Dymo LabelWriter for our small retail business. We had some issues getting things set up with our Mac/Shopify/etc. I spent a lot of time chatting with the support team and they were outstanding. We need a variety of label sizes, including small labels which can get tricky with formatting. They took care of everything and we have all we need to print labels quickly and efficiently. The way the app populates barcodes is saving us so many hours in the day. We are very happy with the app.

Von der App bin ich bis jetzt wirklich sehr begeistert, weil sie mir eine Menge Zeit spart!
Vorher hab ich die EAN's in Excel verfolgt, dass keiner doppelt ist und dann über die Software von Phomeo ausgedruckt und auch extra in Shopify eingepflegt. Diese Schritt kann ich mir nun endlich sparen!

Features are lacking for this app, and modifications can take up to 2 months, this is not viable. Wished we would have started our system with another app, now we're kind of stuck with them.

Very easy to learn. It took a little bit for me to figure out how to print the labels properly on my computer, but that was a me issue, and not them. Their customer support was very responsive and created a label size I needed right away. I've been using the free version so far, but will be stepping up to the paid shortly.

Encore une app qui fonctionne très très bien développé par Magestore, très pratique dans la personnalisation des étiquettes et qui fonctionne très bien avec stocky pour récupérer les bon de commandes et imprimer les étiquettes!
Et comme toujours une équipe pro qui réponds au demande rapidement et efficacement!
