We had the most incredible experience with Magestore and their customer service has been phenomenal - especially Ivy! We sent them a custom template request as we weren't sure how to set it up and while they didn't have the features available, the went above and beyond to create them for us. They set everything up and reconfirmed our requirements every step of the way and also gave us some very helpful workarounds for whatever we could not automatically import through Shopify.
They have saved us atleast 16 hours of work every season launch and we are so grateful for their help and support!

What can I say, the app is great and easy to generate and print labels in bulk , user friendly and support from Ivy is phenomenal. She is quick to respond and very easy to work with, helped with all my silly requests!!

The app was easy to use and learn. I did reach out to their customer service team, Ivy. Ivy was absolutely wonderful and helped me for over a hour figure out a trouble shooting issue with my printer. She then went the extra mile to help me with the layout of my tag.
