Features are lacking for this app, and modifications can take up to 2 months, this is not viable. Wished we would have started our system with another app, now we're kind of stuck with them.
Very helpful app. Seems thoughtfully designed to support different workflows. Customer service is very helpful and responsive. Pricing is very reasonable and flexible depending on your needs.

Very easy to learn. It took a little bit for me to figure out how to print the labels properly on my computer, but that was a me issue, and not them. Their customer support was very responsive and created a label size I needed right away. I've been using the free version so far, but will be stepping up to the paid shortly.
