I like the design/look of the offer box. However, the only issue was the final offer price feature is not 100% accurate ...even when I set up for my customers to get up to 50% off, they are getting a little less.

The entire purpose of BATNA is discount personalization. It carefully analyzes the data it collects while interacting with your customers and determines the appropriate discount size accordingly.
We never guarantee that a customer will receive the maximum discount you’ve set in the admin panel. In fact, it’s quite the opposite: BATNA works to offer the smallest possible discount that is still likely to close the sale, helping you secure the order while preserving as much of your margin as possible.

E' esattamente quello che cercavo, la UX è perfetta ed i clienti si divertono molto a contrattare, allo stesso tempo posso eliminare la merce in esubero con più facilità. Inoltre abbiamo riscontrato un notevole aumento dei visitatori e di conseguenza anche delle vendite.
