We recently switched from Klaviyo to BayEngage. The entire staff at BayEngage made this a seamless transition. I wish I had made the move sooner! We are still early on in our relationship working together, but so far I am very satisfied and looking forward to good things ahead.
We use BayEngage for our email campaigns, pop ups, automation and SMS and really enjoy how easy it is to navigate and perform all the tasks needed for a mid-sized business at a great value!
This email marketing app is user-friendly and intuitive unlike most email apps. You can copy and edit directly from an existing campaign and send emails on the fly. The tech support and customer support is the best in the industry very professional and easy to get in touch with. 5+++++
Oh my OMG ron Rohith KS is incredibly helpful - - - so patient, and ver good at explaining the inner workings of the world-wide web, all its pluses and negatives, highs and lows, ins and outs. I'm not sure why this app has 5 stars. I asked for help and they basically told me to upgrade for a better experience. Emails are not delivered immediately (I had to contact customer service each time and they manually pushed them through on their end). You can't even see your click/open rate without upgrading. I was hopeful but I'm truly disappointed. The search continues!
It's a pretty slick looking setup and the features are nice, but I kept running into glitches and nobody responded to my requests for help. Javascript problems, test emails failing to show up, and no help from Bayengage except for a bot. Not sure what happened, but not a good experience at all in the end. I uninstalled it and went with Constant Contact.
