BayEngage Email Marketing, SMS

I have tried many apps to handle my emails for my company. However, none have had the templates that I needed except BayEngage. They are very colorful and professional. Their customer service is very helpful too. Putting the emails together is easy to do but if I ever feel stuck, they step in and help. If I had to state one thing that I would improve, it would be the ability to write a review for this company. It is very difficult to write a review. I had to go to the backend of my shopify store, copy it's 'shopify URL' and paste it in the box requesting my store name. It would not allow me to type it in no matter how I typed it. Been trying for months. Just figured out a work around today. Overall, I am very pleased with this company. Would highly recommend its services. I am now trying out their retargeting ads through Target Bay. They did all the coding, which helped alot. Thanks guys!

BayEngage is an excellent alternative to other platforms with the added advantage of a very responsive and savvy support team. The app layout is familiar and easy to navigate and is more affordable than many competitors. The image search and edit feature within email templates & campaigns save significant time as well. Good app with a strong team behind it.

Senthil and everyone at Bay Engage / Target Bay are wizards and so very helpful! I really enjoy using this app for my business . The tool are very easy and really helps keep my data organized. Of course the shopify integration is seamless. Thank you!

The personalized service and organization are unbelievable. I have a one on one account rep who helps with ideas - or even greats ideas that are on brand to ensure I'm using their service and getting the most out of it. She's prompt, sends reminders, is accurate 99% of the time and a time saver. The company is nice and personalable and easy to work with too. Fair pricing and more affordable than the other solutions I was piecing together with other services and in house staff - and this gets done on time! That was tough to do before. Email marketing always took a back seat for our small business and it shouldn't. The numbers show it's worth investing in this service - and their reporting is clear. RECOMMENDED!

I have been working with TargetBay for several months now, with email and sms campaigns, as well as retargeting and other elements, and the results have been considerably been better than the other 2 companies I worked with. They have also corrected a product feed issue, which was something beyond me and not even part of their scope of work....their review platform is the best as well, that has been a superb addition to our marketing. Finally, Danielle has greatly helped the email campaigns, by tweeking my templates and adding elements, that I would have never thought of. She is very creative and often completes work in less than 24 hours!

The BayEngage team has been a joy to work with. I have never received the amount of support and attention from any other company. Their support is truly the best I have ever experienced before. Instead of trying to shut you down for having 3 spam complaints, they actually work with you to fix the issue. I've worked with over a dozen ESPs and none have helped me like they do. The features and deliverability and pricing is second to none above all other platforms. I highly recommend you give them a try. you will NOT be disappointed!

I have used Klaviyo and Mailchimp in the past, but switched to TargetBay and have never been happier. Very easy to use and integrate with my Shopify store and the customer service has been second to none.
