Switching from Klaviyo to BayEngage was smooth with onboarding help from their team - Danielle was especially helpful and knowledgable! We are seeing better open rates than with Klaviyo using the same mailing lists and the price is cheaper per month.
We haven't lost any functionality that we were using in Klaviyo and tehe transition was seamless.
we're a small business in Las Vegas, NV. we were spending A LOT on MailChimp & on Emotive while not really doing much except sending campaigns. we wanted automation and more segmentation, which is 100% doable in BayEngage!
