The sales team will promise you lots of benefits over Yotpo, but when you try to reach out to customer support after signing a contract, you cannot reach anyone. The number of reviews have gone down by 94% since switching. I cannot wait to go back to my previous review app.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and to meet with our team to chat through your concerns. We're glad we were able to agree on tactical next steps to keep things moving in a positive direction. If there's anything else we can do, give us a shout.
Would not recommend. Review emails are poor. Cannot move Q&A function up on the page to a place that is reasonable. Reviews/stars do not show up in all places. Overall a very poor review tool for Shopify. The only reason we use it is for the syndication on other e-comm channels. If it were not for that, we would not use it.
