Using Bdroppy and its pretty good. Selling Bags only, so the smaller package works fine for me. Shipping rates are good and transition times are reasonable. Lots of room to make money!!

I really enjoy working with the Bdroppy app!

I have been using the Bdroppy app/Brands distribution for almost a year now and am very satisfied with the support. All questions are answered very precisely. If I have very urgent questions, I would like telephone support.

The products are all very high quality and are always sent beautifully packaged. Of course it would be advantageous for us as retailers if the range were larger!

Returns are always a bit difficult. The process takes a very long time. So from the moment the goods arrive back at Brandsdistribution until the time the goods are actually booked and the refund can be made to the customer, the period of time is far too long. This urgently needs to be improved. As a retailer you always have problems with customers here.

Have been using Bdroppy app for some time now (previously used their BrandsSync app with what I was very satisfied) and it works fine for me. Although there have been some hiccups and unclarities at the beginning, customer service has always answered and explained all the questions. Deliveries of goods usually are quite fast and products are of good quality. I wish there would be more bags and accessories from well-known brands to sell and in my opinion there might be some updates to app that would help my business and improve user friendliness of the app (for example, ability to see which products from catalogue are in my list and which aren’t and that products that are out of stock would be visible as 0 in my Shopify store rather than automatically deleted, plus also that it would be visible sync status of my list) which I have also addressed to Bdroppy customer service, and I am sure they will look into this to enhance their customer experience. All in all I can recommend this app and cooperation with Bdroppy team.

Have been using Bdroppy now since October 2021 with www.designer-fashion.store Have to say that although some minor bugs coming from the app. the support has been very good. tickets created through their portal are being picked up on a decent speed. and product delivery and quality is excellent. Would recommend that Bdroppy merges correctly all products with their variations together. instead of every color a different product.
