The audit and optimization seem nice, and the pricing doesn't appear too bad either. However, there's not really any means I can find of reliably communicating with the developer. I went ahead and purchased the upgraded version since there was a discount running. Unfortunately, the app is still behaving as if Shopify and the app itself don't have the payment/subscription confirmed- though they both do. I reviewed them through the app and asked a question in their FAQs (though the page rendered blank and there were no FAQs to be read). However I was not given a ticket or confirmation email for either of those methods, so I don't know if my communications are falling on deaf ears or not. I guess if I don't hear anything back tomorrow I will update my review and attempt to cancel the subscription.

So far so good. I will give it a few months and come back and give an updated review, but overall it does what it says and it's not expensive even if you decide to upgrade but the free version gives you everything you need for a small store like mine.
