The audit and optimization seem nice, and the pricing doesn't appear too bad either. However, there's not really any means I can find of reliably communicating with the developer. I went ahead and purchased the upgraded version since there was a discount running. Unfortunately, the app is still behaving as if Shopify and the app itself don't have the payment/subscription confirmed- though they both do. I reviewed them through the app and asked a question in their FAQs (though the page rendered blank and there were no FAQs to be read). However I was not given a ticket or confirmation email for either of those methods, so I don't know if my communications are falling on deaf ears or not. I guess if I don't hear anything back tomorrow I will update my review and attempt to cancel the subscription.
