I just started using the app, and all seems good once you get the hang of it. I talked to support a few times, and each time they have been extremely helpful.

I tried 5 diff apps before finding this one. It is truly what I think most are looking for, easy user interface and modern design. The support team was MORE than helpful and spent a considerable amount of time to help get me up and running. 10 stars if I could!!!

If I had to choose one customer service representative at Beae who truly puts me at ease and resolves all my concerns, it would undoubtedly be Cass! Cass consistently provides creative solutions and ensures that all my issues are taken care of, even when I’m not online. He doesn’t just stop at quick fixes—he takes the time to think through the problem, comes back with thoughtful solutions, and helps me move forward with confidence.

Every time I log into the Beae app, I find myself hoping and praying that Cass will be the one assisting me. I know he will not only handle my cases efficiently but also teach me in the process. While everyone at Beae is great, Cass definitely stands out the most!
