Beae Landing Page Builder

I tried the app because I couldn't get my home page hero image laid out the way I wanted in the Dawn Theme. The editor in Beae has so many options that I was able to create the slider exactly the way I wanted it, but it was a little tricky to figure out what all the options actually do. This is where their incredible customer service comes in. The chat seems to always be monitored and every support person I have worked with to learn Beae has been knowledgeable and quick to help my solve my problems and teach me how to use the app. I also love that the app allows you to create sections that show up in your theme without having to create the whole page in the app. Super pleased!

I have found that the team members in the organization are incredibly helpful and always willing to lend a hand whenever needed. The app is fairly easy to use, sort of fumbled around a bit until I figured it out, only downside is when you have a bunch of different columns and rows it can get confusing what is what - would be nice to at least rename some things. Otherwise the app is great, customer service was easy and helped me solve some publishing problems.

Have tested this App and the interface is a clean design, the functionality is done well - user-friendly, and tech support is really good. It really helps having this App to custom design pages or sections as Shopify CMS is so limited. Can also use custom code as well if the system doesn't quite meet complex design requirements! They are also better priced than most other alternative Apps.

The customer support is out of this world! Klan helped me out so much even while I was on the free plan! Best support ever, thanks!
